Hello
I'll be deleting this blog in a few days.
here's my facebook id: (just send me a message saying "Pro-Ana") ive_ana@yahoo.com
Will be creating a new site soon!
Welcome
Warning: adult content.
This is a Pro-Ana Page to share our stories, tricks and for motivation.
No haters will be allow.
First of all: Welcome
"Anorexia may be a harmful activity. We do not encourage this activity. Should you feel that you have a problem, feel unhealthy, or need help, please talk to someone that can help you through this"*
First off, I am not a health professional and what is on this site should not to be construed as giving medical or professional advice in any shape, form or fashion.
This is a pro-Ana site and some content may be considered adult content, reason why there is a warning before you are able to "read me".
Now that it's said: Welcome, once again, to my page
I've been doing changes for a better organize website. The "Home" page will not be use to publish every new blog I create, go to the tags and there will be most of the stuff. Read the comments as there will be my updates regarding that subject.
I do this because I dislike that the new blogs appear as soon as you enter my page and people will be like WTF?
Feel free to write a comment or post anything you want!

Rings for weight loss?
Magnets have been used for hundreds of years for a wide variety of health purposes, reports the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, or NCCAM. Magnetic rings are purported to promote weight loss when used in combination with acupressure. Acupressure is based on the same principles as acupuncture.
History
Magnets have been used historically to stop bleeding, clean wounds relieve arthritis pain and even treat baldness, reports the NCCAM. Magnets were used in the Middle Ages to retrieve iron-containing objects like arrowheads from the body. Nowadays magnets are used primarily to diminish pain caused by conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia. Magnetic therapy has also been used on sick animals.
Considerations
Magnets are made from iron or other metals that are typically used in shoe insoles, mattresses, belts, headbands and jewelry such as bracelets and rings. Magnetic energy can be applied to the entire body or to specific areas to relieve pain. Magnetic rings are suggested to help diminish fat when placed on fat-prone areas of the body.
Claims
Magnetic rings can promote weight loss by enhancing the body's ability to manage fat while speeding up metabolic rates, asserts the website BestHomeRemedies.com. Magnetic rings are also purported to promote weight loss by helping diminish fluid retention.
Function
You wear a magnetic ring on various fingers to place physical pressure on an acupressure point or specific areas of the body where you want to lose weight, notes the website BetterHomeRemedies.com.
For example, wearing a magnetic ring on the thumb can supposedly help reduce excess fat in the face and neck. A magnetic ring worn on the ring finger can help decrease abdominal fat and one on the little finger can help reduce leg fat.
Precautions
The means by which magnets might affect the human body remain unclear. The benefits of magnetic therapy for weight loss and other uses have not been sufficiently studied, points out the website Intelihealth.com
Magnets are generally thought to be safe when applied to the skin, notes the NCCAM. In rare cases side effects may include headache, fatigue, dizziness or itching.
Outlook
Successful weight loss requires regular exercise and healthy eating habits that include fruits, vegetables and whole grains, points out the Mayo Clinic.

Yes, I'm Alive
Hello butterflies!
I know I've not been here in forever, but I'm here now! I was in the hospital for almost a month due to my lung problem but I also lost 20 pounds there! :) That's good, awesome actually.
Going to try to write more, I think the site needs to be more vivid... so I hope you can all be a part of this site by posting about anything relating to Ana, Mia, or anything you want to share. I don't want to close this site because some Pro-Ana site trigger another view that I do not share. Well, guess this is all for now. Hopefully I'm not here alone.

No Perfect Way
There is no perfect way in Ana, not a secret road that's pleasant or easy. An Ana life is a rocky path that's haunted by our inner demons, fears and failure. There could never be created perfection, but with determination, control and strenght we can survive this highway.
I'm not going to type here the wonderful life of been Ana. it's not glamorous, it's not easy and it's not for the weak. We fight everyday with the fat and obsession of an unhealthy world, we fight each day with our weakness, our frustration...
Ana is not a fashion, is not something you can just become...real Anas know the rocks, have tasted their tears...
there are so many sub-groups inside Ana: Ana, pro-Ana, A girls, wannorexics, actual anorexics...
can there be a separation? I hope so...

Diet Tips
When it comes to losing weight is not only an Ana issue, it’s a common issue. So, perhaps one might work for you.
Diet Tip No. 1: The oldest trick on the Book: Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages while trying to avoid diet sodas.
People sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. So you can end up eating extra calories when an ice-cold glass of water is really what you need.
If you don't like plain water, try adding citrus or a splash of juice, or brew infused teas like mango or peach, which have lots of flavor but no calories.
Water trick: a warm glass of water helps destroy craving.
Did you know?
When you're done eating, you should feel better -- not stuffed, bloated, or tired.
Your stomach is only the size of your fist, so it takes just a handful of food to fill it comfortably.
Keeping your portions reasonable will help you get more in touch with your feelings of hunger and fullness.
Diet Tip: Be choosy about nighttime snacks.
Mindless eating occurs most frequently after dinner, when you finally sit down and relax.
We over-eat without noticing it or as a routine, CUT it out!
Either close down the kitchen after a certain hour, or allow yourself a low-calorie snack, like a 100-calorie pack of cookies or cup of yogurt.
Chocolate Dream:
God created fat free chocolate whipped cream...delicious! Freeze it with yogurt for a chocolate that’s 15 calories!
Diet Tip: Eat protein at every meal.
Protein is more satisfying than carbohydrates or fats, and thus may be the new secret weapon in weight control.
"Diets higher in protein [and] moderate in carbs, along with a lifestyle of regular exercise, have an excellent potential to help weight loss," says University of Illinois protein researcher Donald Layman, PhD.
Getting enough protein helps preserve muscle mass and encourages fat burning while keeping you feeling full. So be sure to include healthy protein sources, like yogurt, cheese, nuts, or beans, at meals and snacks.
Diet Tip: The Power of Spices
Add spices or chilies to your food for a flavor boost that can help you feel satisfied.
"Food that is loaded with flavor will stimulate your taste buds and be more satisfying so you won't eat as much," says Perdomo.
Did you know? Pepper helps you feel fuller, salt retains water, mustard accelerates your metabolism, and honey slows your metabolism...
Diet Tip: Stock your kitchen with healthy convenience foods.
Having ready-to-eat snacks and meals-in-minutes staples on hand sets you up for success. You'll be less likely to hit the drive-through or call in a pizza order if you can make a healthy meal in 5 or 10 minutes.
Sass stocks her kitchen with:
• 94% fat-free microwave popcorn (20-25 calories per cup, and you can make it in two minutes or less)
• Frozen vegetables
• Bags of pre-washed greens
• Yogurt
• Whole-grain wraps or pitas
• Pre-cooked grilled chicken breasts
Best Diet Tip: Be physically active.
Although it may seem counterintuitive, don't use exercise either to punish yourself for eating or to "earn" the right to eat more.
"When you do, it sets up a negative thought pattern, which is why so many people say they hate to exercise," says May.
Instead, focus on how great you feel, how much better you sleep and how much more energy you have when you exercise. Physical activity is good for you whether you are trying to lose weight or not, so keep it positive and build a lifelong habit.

Ana Dilemma
Anorexia’s Dilemma
Anorexia, one of the most commented themes in thoughts, why? The pro and anti Ana community doesn’t seem to find a happy medium. I’m one of those people trapped in the middle of the battle. A useless fight that leads to nothing as I’ve already explain my vision or ideas, fight against anti and pro, guide others into better diets like Atkins or a guilt-free ride to eating. So, I’ve also said many times that I will retire from this, that I’m done…but let’s face it: I am Ana.
So, for everyone that is like: WTF? Here’s something I know lots of Anas agreed with:
1- Anorexia: this is a disease
2- Pro-Ana is a lifestyle
So, it seems pretty easy, right? Wrong!
Here are a few things you should know:
The term pro-Ana and its movement begin in 2001 under the idea or statements that ‘Ana’ is a lifestyle choice rather than a disease. The movement has been changing constantly and right now it’s been divided by Pro-Ana per se and what’s become more commonly known as “A” girls, referring mostly to The A Principle book of ideas and new movement and symbols…
Now, if you are a 100% secure that ‘Ana’ refers only as a short for Anorexia, think again. The term Ana in fact started as a friendly term for Anorexia however the term has been also use to refer a diet of 500 calories or less. Now, the paths of Pro-Ana have been changed due to the misunderstanding of the terms and also because of the bad fame the name is getting.
Differences of Pro-Ana and A girls
1- Pro-Ana: although the term is commonly use by A girls, the separation of both has distinguish Ana as a more obsessive person dying to be thin. These are sometimes classified as possible anorexics and their goals are way under-weight. Their thinspo is extreme and are developing dangerous routines; also their message is very unhealthy to younger girls and boys.
2- A girls: (also boys, BTW) this is a reference to the use of thinspo, people who do occasionally fast, stay under 500 calories sometimes but don’t fear food, their goal are realistic and exercise. These are the ones that are considered: ‘extreme dieters’ but don’t send the wrong messages.
Although similar, the differences are gigantic.
Now, for all Anti-Anas: Sometimes Ana is been label or judge very hard, when it’s been misread. Yes, I know Anorexia is deadly…for those few that honesty cares THANK YOU. But, please make sure to know the differences because we don’t need more judgment.
In my case, my husband knows it but like I said, I’m an A girl and not anorexic. I’ll never put my weight before my life.
Hope this blog will help a little bit, to easy this continue fight. We all need a friend, this is our place to go without judgment.

Body Adiposity Index (BAI)
Experts have developed a new system to tell people if they're too fat, and it's probably more flexible than the traditional body mass index or BMI ratio.
Researchers at the University of Southern California have devised a system called the Body Adiposity Index (BAI), which relies on one's height and hip measurements as opposed to the height and weight ratio of the BMI system. This new method, which is outlined in a report in the journal Obesity, can be used in a clinical setting as well as in remote locations where reliable scales aren't available.
BMI, which has been used to measure body fat for the past 200 years, is calculated by dividing weight in kilograms by height in meters squared. And it classifies a person who is five feet, five inches tall and weighs 150 pounds as overweight. That person would be classified as obese at 180 pounds.
"The problem with BMI is it doesn't take into account that a person may be an athlete or a fitness expert," Dr. Michael Wolfe, chair of medicine at The MetroHealth System and professor of medicine at Case Western Reserve Medical Center, told AOL Health. "Someone with higher muscle mass will have a higher weight. BAI tells you more than just weight; it also tells you composition of weight."
BMI measurement may not be consistent either when applied to different nationalities or even lifestyle groups. For instance, an athlete cannot be compared to a couch potato, and African Americans may have a different body build from Caucasians. Men and women, too, can have the same BMI but very different amounts of body fat.
But doctors can use the BAI system to measure body fat for adult men and women of different cultural backgrounds without numerical correction. In addition, BAI can be measured without stepping on the scales, which could be useful in situations where measuring accurate body weight is difficult. Doctors can calculate a person's BAI with something as simple as a calculator, too, just as with the traditional BMI measurement.
Researchers are not certain, however, if BAI is necessarily a more reliable measure.
But it may be one more resource that health-care professionals can use to determine people's risk for obesity-related diseases. "Once we are able to validate [BAI's] usefulness, we will be able to use it next to the BMI system," Wolfe says.
One in 10 people worldwide are now considered obese, and in the U.S., estimates project 10 percent of all medical costs can be traced to health problems caused by obesity.

March Project Day 4
Wow, four days already gone. Today was ok, I eat around 250 calories in a chicken salad. The problem is that I hurted my leg in aerobics class and I don't feel too good. Cross your fingers, hopefully is nothing serious and I can go back to class. Going to the doctor tomorrow.
How are you doing betternothere?
Gotta keep ourselves motivated, because now are the days more difficult as we will now feel the hungriness.
The good news? Soon the cravings will be gone! *Happy Dance*

When Ana eats
I just had a thought, which occurs fairly often, about life and food. What happen when we eat? It’s just food; it’s just fuel, right?
No, it isn’t. Food is that stupid bridge that crosses you to fatness. It’s not even the food but the chemicals and alterations. The things that destroy you and since obesity is so appealing…
Anyways, here’s a little Ana poem
Ana Eats
She bites her lips and laughs inside,
She comes, control and then she hides,
One more lie before the day turns dark,
Another day, another battle that starts too fast…
She open her eyes, inside she dies
Look in the mirror, the one that doesn’t lie,
Step on the scale, scream inside
Exercise more, work harder…
When Ana eat her tear, the overload disappear
When Ana flies away, the goal is near
She comes and goes, until you are in control
When Ana eat, you turn real…

March Project: Day 1
Day 1:
Today was fasting day, went ok. I ended up haveing some boil salad which the calories are so minimal that it's ok. For some reason boiled lettuce tastes better. IDK
I walked for 2 miles, that was cool. Couldn't make it to the Gym though, but I will tomorrow.
I have a light headache and my stomatch hurts, I don't mind the pain because it taste like victory! and control!
So, plan for tom?
Veggies and protein, one small meal before 3:00pm because then my body can work it off!

Losing Belly Fat Article #2
Are you looking to change the shape of your body or trying to lose belly fat without joining a high priced gym? If so, try this high energized cardiovascular fitness routine that that was developed by Keli Roberts.
With this 10 minute exercise routine you can burn up to 150 calories every single day.
The first two minutes of this fat burning routine is: Jump Rope - Begin by performing two jumps for each turn of the rope. Safety: Use the correct size jump rope and always land softly on the balls of your feet (that is the upper part of the bottom of your foot). Keep thinking I am losing weight.
Minutes two to three: Squat Thrust into a Push Up. The proper technique for this exercise is to stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms strait down next to your sides. Slowly squat down with your head forward and bring your hands to the floor just outside of your feet. Your hands should be pointing forward as well. Then in one movement, push your legs back and out behind you (into a pushup position). Perform one strict pushup and then jump back into your squat position and then stand back up. Keep thinking, the fat is vanishing.
Minutes three to four: Jump Rope with only one jump per turn. Keep thinking, The fat is melting away.
Minutes four to five: Back to the Squat Thrust and Push Up only this time you are going to add the Side Plank. After completing your squat thrust and push up, you are going to lift and rotate your left arm off of the ground and over your head. Your left foot will rotate and rest on top of you right foot. And you will rotate your neck so you are looking up at your ceiling. Rotate back to the center and repeat on the other side. When finished, hop back into your squat position, stand up and start again. Keep thinking, no more belly.
Minutes five and six: Jump Rope. Same as minutes three and four. keep thinking, I am losing body fat.
Minutes six and seven: Back to the Squat Thrust and Push Up only this time you are going to add the Leg Lift. This is the same as minutes two and three only this time you will lift the toes of one foot about twelve inches off of the ground only after you have performed your push up. Lower your foot and repeat on the other side. Hop back up to your squat position, stand up, and start again. Keep thinking, goodbye belly.
Minutes seven and eight: Jump Rope. Same as minutes three and four. Keep thinking, my belly is getting smaller.
Minutes eight and nine: Back to the Squat Thrust and Push Up only this time you are going to add Mountain Climbers. Repeat everything as in minutes two and three only this time after your push up, you will quickly jog in place from your push up position. Make sure you bring your knees up to your chest on each rotation. Perform 5 jogs and repeat this entire process. Keep thinking, I am going to lose weight.
Minutes nine and ten: Jump Rope. Same as you first two minutes. Keep thinking. If I do this everyday, I will lose belly fat. Good luck to everyone.

Losing Belly Fat
What's the best way to lose belly fat?
It won't surprise you to learn that the best way to lose abdominal fat is to eat right and exercise regularly. And there's a growing body of research to show that the fastest way to burn off the fat from your belly is with a combination of weight training and aerobic exercise.
A good example comes from research published in the International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism. For the study, researchers compared the effectiveness of two exercise and diet programs. Subjects taking part in the study were assigned to one of two groups.
Group one followed a diet based on the traditional food guide pyramid (50-55% carbohydrate; 15-20% protein; less than 30% fat). They also did cardiovascular exercise 4-6 days per week at 50-75% of their maximal heart rate. Each workout lasted 30-60 minutes.
Group two followed a diet that was higher in protein and lower in carbohydrate and fat. Their exercise program consisted of alternating days of resistance and cardiovascular interval training six days per week.
Body composition was assessed by dual x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) before and after the 12-week training program. DEXA is an extremely accurate way to measure changes in body fat. It’s far more reliable than the skin fold calipers or body fat scales often used in health clubs.
And the result?
Subjects in group two (remember, these were the people who lifted weights, did more intense cardio, and ate more protein) lost more fat overall (-20.6%) than the normal group (-10.1%). They also gained 2 pounds of muscle (0.9 kilograms) while the cardio-only group, not surprisingly, lost muscle.
More interesting still, abdominal fat dropped by 26% in group two, but by just 13.5% in group one. In other words, subjects in group two lost almost twice as much belly fat as those in group one.
Unfortunately, self-reported food intake is a notoriously inaccurate way to measure calorie intake. Some studies show that people underestimate their calorie intake by up to 50%. Which means that someone who says they are eating 1000 calories per day may really be eating 2000 calories.
So, if you want to lose belly fat, what should you do?
Firstly, you will need to exercise. And a feeble 30 or 40 minutes of cardio in your so-called "fat-burning zone" two or three times a week isn't going to be enough. As you've learned, a full-body training program that includes both cardiovascular and resistance exercise will deliver better, faster results.
Forget about doing hundreds of crunches, sit-ups, or any of the various "drawing in the belly button" exercises. They're virtually useless for most people when it comes to losing belly fat.
As Mike Geary, author of The Truth about Six Pack Abs, points out: "Let's get this straight right now. Abdominal exercises do NOT burn fat away from your abs! This can only be accomplished through a much more effective full-body training routine that maximizes both your metabolic response and your hormonal response to your workouts."
Remember, belly fat is stored energy. To get rid of it, you need to burn more energy (calories) than you eat. And these exercises don't burn enough calories to make much of a difference to the appearance of your waist and stomach.
If you've seen pictures of Tom, you'll know he has some of the best abs in the business. "Some people might argue that I was just blessed with good genetics in the ab department, which may be true," says Tom. "But based on my experience with others who have less favorable genetics, I still believe that developing the abdominal muscles is easy. The hardest part is getting your body fat low enough for your abs to show."
Ultimately, while there are a few basic principles to keep in mind when it comes to nutrition and weight loss, losing belly fat requires that you take in fewer calories than you burn.
Here's the type of diet I recommend to people wanting to drop the fat from their belly:
Eat around 10 calories per pound of bodyweight. In other words, just add a zero to your current bodyweight in pounds. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, you'd eat 2000 calories per day.
Eat 1 gram of protein per pound of target bodyweight. So if you're 200 pounds and want to weigh 180 pounds, you'd eat roughly 180 grams of protein per day.
Fat intake can vary from 20-40% of total calories depending on your food preferences. Some days you might eat a little more fat, some days a little less. As long as total calories and protein are set at the right level, it doesn't matter too much.
That just leaves carbohydrate, which is where the rest of the calories in your diet should come from.
And that's it!
Finally, you'll need to be consistent. To lose belly fat, eating right and exercising regularly needs to become a habit, not just something you do when you can be bothered or when you "have the time."
If your current schedule makes it difficult to find the time for exercise, change it. Get out of bed earlier. Turn off the TV. Stop wasting time on Facebook.

Anas
Dear Anas:
Nobody understands better than us how it feels to look in the mirror and hate the reflection.
No one knows the amount of agony that a tear holds inside,
the amount of frustration a minute in the gym holds,
the internal fight for the demons inside our heads...others call them hungriness...
Nobody but us will be our soul pieces,
there's a common understanding no one will ever know,
the control, the strenght we hold inside...
So, judge us all you want...We are NEVER alone!

ScReAm (Poem)
Scream
Madness inside my head,
I can’t think of nothing to say,
Where’s left of a tear?
What to cry for when the beats of your heart were stolen?
There’s a whisper in the darkness of my eyes,
A scream inside the soul, tearing me down
There’s a kiss left before you kill me
A scream written in my wrist…
Cover your face with shadows of hatred,
Paint in your lips the red color of a bleeding heart,
Scream inside your dying essence,
While you keep on going, keep fighting; keep your robotic ways…
There’s one dream in the mouth of nightmares,
A scream between the walls of my cranium,
Will never reach the throat, will never be heard
A silence screams with the tones of breaking veins inside…

A Message from Ive: Author of The A Principle
greetings my friends,
I'm here to thank everyone with my book, it has been ups and downs but next week all the copies will be send and those who didn't received it will be re-send.
Some people lack the capacity to understand the things I've explain in the book while sharing my story, but I still believe there is something to be said about Pro-Ana. There are things that have been corrupted to make us sound weak, sick and even stupid.
I will be sending some letters here, to a space where I feel like home and I'll be answering some of your questions.
Thanks for the support,

The Problem with Perfection
Sometimes it's so hard to stick to your goals. I mean you plan every detail and something turns out for the worse. I'm preparing myself with the ultimate Ana Emergency Kit! and re-start on Monday.
Here's a simple poem I wrote:
Not again, the words that tortures
Not again, my heart will be slashed
I will hide inside my fake mask,
until I bleed instead of showing a tear...
Again my soul breaks,
Again I open the flesh to see my weakness,
I will look away and bite my tongue until I bleed,
but I won't show you another tear...
And if I must confess, my dear
Inside you are breaking me with fear,
The wounds will heal, the heart still beats
Inside I'm death and there are no longer tears...

I'm tired, seems like I'm moving now at a snail's race.
The weight don't want to go down
I feel like screaming
I feel like crying
I feel like dying
I just want to eat until I forget my problems, but I won't.
I just want to stop this pain!

AbS
Ok, let's admit it...mid-section of the body sucks!
Traditional abs sucks!
Let's do some workout for the abs standing up!
Level One:
Stand facing a wall with feet shoulder-width apart and hands pushing into wall at full extension. Keep left foot on the floor, contract your abs and lift right foot up. Bend the right knee in back of you and open the leg out to the side. Then swing back into your midline and repeat several times.
Level Two:
Stand with legs wider than shoulder-width apart and point both feet forward. Reach both arms up around ears, trying to lift the ribs away from the hips and creating length in the spine. Reach one or both arms up and over to the right, and then the left, alternating back and forth several times.
Level Three:
Step right foot forward and lower right knee into a deep lunge with left leg in back of you. With right knee over right ankle, maintain your balance in your core muscles and reach right arm overhead, arcing to the left side of the room. Come back to center and repeat several times, then switch legs.

Come back to center and repeat several times, then switch legs.

Back!
Hello!
Yes, I'm back. Sorry, I haven't forgotten all of you!
So, tomorrow is time for fast. I've lost 10 pounds since the new "diet" plus exercise.
But, I'm gonna be posting here now, with new meals I'm gonna try.
So, first thing I do is buy a bottle of 1.5 liters of water. Now, I used to hate to drink water and the bottle is just a reminder of the amount of water I need to cover in a day. It's always in the middle of the freeze so it's the first thing I grab and drinking it during the day keeps me hydratate and full. it's also great to clean the skin and helps accelerate the metabolism.
Drink it cold!

Day #3
Day # 3
I'm tired but motivated, I've lost 3 pounds since Monday and today is Friday! So, that's awesome! I was really tired yesterday and didn't wanted to work out but I just change my clothes and went to the gym. If I think about it, I would have stayed home and today I would feel awful. So, I feel great now.
Breakfast: coffee (the old way and not the most healthy) 120cal.
Keep fighting girls!!!!!!!!!!! & boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A walk with the devil? Let's do it backwards!
So, I watched this program: "I used to be Fat" and thought that it's a good idea to start again but this time I'll go backwards...meaning the countdown will be in reverse.
Step One: Days left to go (stolen from the program)
I will try this one last time

A matter of sizes
Have you ever notice that we are been continously attack? Calling us shallow, sick, retards...
I think is all a big hypocresy, because here we are and the fashion industry makes the sizes smaller, the models are thinner, the beauty standars are higher...and then we are attack because we try to be beautiful??? That's stupid, is not our game, it's not our rules, is life... is what it is. We refuse to be fake and freely express that we want to be thin cuz we want to be beautiful and godforbids perfects, and now I am sick because I wanna look hot in those skinny jeans and not like a whale??? Are you ppl crazy??

Today was good, 550 cal. but mostly from a chicken brooth I made. No salt added, of course. I walk for a little more than a mile which, according to the machine I burned 124 cals, not bad huh? I will work out more, after I get better or my doc will kill me. I got a flu and virus, keeps me puking so it's all good.
I haven't post the competition, sorry. I will by next week.
Stay motivated!

Infamous Stretch Marks
Stretch Marks are fairy common for people that gain or lose weight, and we are like a magnet to this evil marks.
Here are a few remedies:
1- Drink water like crazy.
2- Food with vitamin K work wonders: green leafy veggies, tomatoes and others
3- Two words: Shea Butter. Now give it a boost to a she butter cream, buy vitamin E in capsules and open up 2 capsules and mix it with the cream you will use. Massage it through the affected area. (this I follow every night ;) )
4-Apply lavander oil on the mark twice daily.
Some tricks found in the Internet, not tried by me:
1-Take egg white smir on scares let dry.rinse of with cold water. Its all about the protien.
2- Put lemon juice onto the marks and then wrapping at least 4 layers of saran wrap around the marks and letting it sit for about 5 hours (for me, overnight, you can try even longer).
For Cellulite:
In a pot boil water about 1 gallon.
1 Ginger Root cut in 4 pcs.
8 leaf of Lemon.
6 leafs of Mint.
1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar.
1/2 cup of coffee ground.
1 tablesppon of canyenne pepper.
6 leafs of peppermint.
Bring to a boil and drain all the liquid into another clean pot. Place 6 bandage wraps inside the hot pot w/ liquid(u can buy at the 99cents store in the bandages and first aid aisle) take the pot into your shower, it can get messy. Take on bandage and squeeze just a bit of liquid not to much liquid now wrap one bandage one by one, usually three in thigh. The warms the better not to hot you may burn your skin, place two wraps of plastic to hold the heat locked in. Leave on for 25 min. Drink plenty of water afterwards. Lay off fatty foods for the period of the wraps. Especially dairy after 7pm. It won't work unless you take care of yourself in the inside.

The journey begins, it will be hard...I know. Today was the first day to change everything that is making me fatter.
Here's the outcome: 550 cal. not bad to be the first day, let's see tomorrow!
On the weekend I'm getting some natural laxatives :)

Sad Poem
Break Me
Lies in the good-night kiss,
Words of hatred and violent attacks,
Slashes and wounds deeply in the heart,
Bleeding the soul, gone in a whisper…
Break me, break me
Set me free,
Kill me, kill me
But don’t torture the mutilated mind…
Drink the love away until your complains emerge,
Hate me, mock me, hit me while breaking my essence
Bloody bath, fire in the gaze
I’m nothing to you, fading away…
Break me, break me
Set me free,
Kill me, kill me
Before I open my veins…
Pro Ana And Pro Anorexia
Since the death of Caro has been public, there's a lot of controversy about pro ana and pro anorexia vs everyone that's against it.
First, I think it is necessary to let it cleary: PRO ANA DOESN'T EQUAL PRO ANOREXIA.
People somehow tend to assume it and that's where the problem begins because we are already programmed into thinking a lot of stuff about the disease of anorexia and that it's, of course, deadly. But the problem lies in the relationship between ana and anorexia which stands for very different things.
(GTG, SORRY) TO BE CONTINUE...

It's finally here

Isabelle Caro
I know we all know the news of Isabelle Caro's death.
Here's some info. (http://tprone.com/isabelle-caro-before-and-after-photos-anorexic-model-isabelle-caro-died-%E2%80%8Eat-28/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter)
And here's the info from wikipedia.org
Isabelle Caro (12 September 1982 – 17 November 2010) was a French model from Marseille, France, who became well-known after appearing in a controversial ad campaign "No Anorexia" which showed Caro with vertebrae and facial bones showing under her skin in a picture by photographer Oliviero Toscani.
BiographyShe suffered from severe anorexia nervosa from the age of 13. Her anorexia was caused by what she called a "troubled childhood". When she appeared on CBS's The Insider, it was revealed that at the worst of her eating disorder, her weight had gone as low as 25 kilograms (55 lb; 3 st 13 lb) at a height of 1.65 metres (5 ft 5 in); her most recent weight was 33 kilograms (73 lb; 5 st 3 lb).
She appeared on Channel 4's Supersize vs Superskinny which aired on 11 March 2008, in which she spoke to journalist Anna Richardson about her anorexia.
Caro was hospitalized for the first time when she was 20. At her worst, in 2006, she slipped into a coma, weighing just 55 pounds (25 kg; 3 st 13 lb). The doctor said she would not survive the coma but she did.
Caro was also interviewed in the second episode of the TV documentary series, The Price of Beauty, in which Jessica Simpson and her two best friends, Ken Pavés and CaCee Cobb, traveled the world to explore the meaning of true beauty. Jessica investigated the problem of how some female fashion models have become obsessed with being skinny. Caro talked about how she became anorexic and warned other girls about the affliction. Simpson was moved to say "What you are doing right now makes you more beautiful and I hope women all over the world hear about the story and it is important to know that how skinny you are does not make you beautiful." It aired on March 22, 2010 in the USA and on August 21 in Japan.
DeathCaro died on 17 November 2010 in Tokyo, Japan, after spending about two weeks in hospital with acute respiratory disease although the cause of her death remains unknown. Her family only reported Caro's death to the media on December 29, 2010
