I've been doing changes for a better organize website. The "Home" page will not be use to publish every new blog I create, go to the tags and there will be most of the stuff. Read the comments as there will be my updates regarding that subject.
I do this because I dislike that the new blogs appear as soon as you enter my page and people will be like WTF?

Easy Treats for the Holidays!

Greek Yogurt with Oranges and Mint





Add oranges, honey, and mint to plain yogurt and you have yourself a healthy and delicious treat for under 200 calories.


Nutrition facts per serving:

LOW FAT CHOCOLATE COOKIES




•1/4 cup butter, softened

•1/2 cup Splenda

•1/4 cup brown sugar

•1 egg white

•1 tsp vanilla extract

•1 cup all-purpose flour

•1/2 tsp baking soda

•1/4 tsp salt

•1/4 cup cocoa powder

•1/3 cup miniature chocolate chips

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars together with an electric mixer until creamy. Add egg white and vanilla and mix until well blended.



In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Gradually add flour mixture to egg and sugar. Use a wooden spoon to work the dough together. Don’t worry if the dough seems a little crumbly at first. Stir in chocolate chips.



Drop cookie dough by the teaspoonful on to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat if you have one.



Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Makes 30 cookies

Cranberry Gelatin Salad I  91 calories per servings

Ingredients



2 (0.3 ounce) packages sugar-free cherry flavored gelatin mix

2 cups boiling water

1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

1.Combine the gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Mix in cranberry sauce and pineapple.

2.Transfer to glass serving dishes. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill until set and serve.




The tart granny smith apples in this low calorie baked apple crisp are complimented nicely with the sweet crumb topping and creamy frozen vanilla yogurt. This apple crisp truly makes a superb fall treat.


Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 45 minutesIngredients:

•2 cups peeled, cored, sliced granny smith apples (2-3 medium apples)

•1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar

•1 tsp lemon juice

•1/2 cup rolled oats

•1/8 cup flour

•1 Tbsp brown sugar

•1 Tbsp light melted butter

•1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

•1/8 tsp salt

•1/2 cup low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.





2. Place the apples evenly in the bottom of a 11x7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.



3. To complete the crisp, in a medium-sized bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and stir until the mixture resembles of course meal. Top the apples evenly with the oat mixture.



4. Bake the crisp at 350°F for 30 minutes.



5. Top each apple crisp serving with 2 tablespoons of frozen vanilla yogurt.

Mini Cheesecake

1/3 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener


18 Low fat Vanilla Wafers

8 oz no fat cream cheese

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg

spray butter


Directions

Crush vanilla wafers in plastic bag

Line 10 muffin tins with baking cups

place 1 tbsp of wafers in each muffin tin,spray 3 times with spray butter

Let the cream cheese sit out at room temperature. After the cream cheese is soft mix it with splenda, egg, and vanilla. Fill the muffin tins 2/3 way full. Bake at 350 20-25 minutes

Makes 10 servings: 52.5 calories per serving
