First off, I am not a health professional and what is on this site should not to be construed as giving medical or professional advice in any shape, form or fashion.
This is a pro-Ana site and some content may be considered adult content, reason why there is a warning before you are able to "read me".

Now that it's said: Welcome, once again, to my page

I've been doing changes for a better organize website. The "Home" page will not be use to publish every new blog I create, go to the tags and there will be most of the stuff. Read the comments as there will be my updates regarding that subject.
I do this because I dislike that the new blogs appear as soon as you enter my page and people will be like WTF?

Feel free to write a comment or post anything you want!

Good Food: Ana Friendly

Good Food:

◦Low Cal Jelly, you can add fresh fruits
◦Celery - it is composed highly of water, it is crunchy, which is said to cause you to eat less, owing to the amount you have to chew it, it is considered a catatonic food. Celery also helps boost your metabolism.
◦Carrots are also another safe vegetable (although most vegetables can be on your safe list, these are merely the safest of the safe).  Carrots are perfect for those sugar craving, add a little honey and bake it. Tasty and good food you!
◦Salsa and mustard - dieting staples. You can dip vegetables in them, they are fat free and low cal, and salsa brings cravings to an abrupt halt. Mustard boost up your metabolism, replace ketchup with mustard.
Spicy foods are also thought to fire up your metabolism and they will make you feel full.
◦Vinegar - thought to thoroughly reduce your appetite. It is suggested you drink a tablespoon or two before each meal or simple add it to a salad before the actual meal.
◦Lemons dipped in a sugar substitute such as Splenda or Nutra-sweet, it's simply great.
◦Broth (only 5 calories per cube!!)
◦Egg white - much needed protein.
◦Pickles.
◦Lettuce - an absolute 'nothing' food.
◦Cucumbers - very very low cal.
◦and never underestimate the power of soup.
Cold water is needed all the time.
Potatoes: try sweet potatoes baked for dessert (yes, you read right) and potatoes with a little butter ( I can't believe is not butter spray have ZERO calories!) are great as they are 80% water.

Also, don't drink anything while you eat. Wait at least 20 -30 minutes and drink cold water to speed up your metabolism. Also, that's the time it gets for the brain to acknowledge that food has been consume, the water will make you feel full longer and, like I said, boost your metabolism!
