First off, I am not a health professional and what is on this site should not to be construed as giving medical or professional advice in any shape, form or fashion.
This is a pro-Ana site and some content may be considered adult content, reason why there is a warning before you are able to "read me".

Now that it's said: Welcome, once again, to my page

I've been doing changes for a better organize website. The "Home" page will not be use to publish every new blog I create, go to the tags and there will be most of the stuff. Read the comments as there will be my updates regarding that subject.
I do this because I dislike that the new blogs appear as soon as you enter my page and people will be like WTF?

Feel free to write a comment or post anything you want!

Week One: The Journey Begins

Time to put this diet on the line. I said I will start with fasting this week.
Day One: It's still morning but I haven't eat anything yet, got a sip of water and that's it.

I'm slowly adding the info in this web because it's a lot of work, trying to move all the blogs related to Ana and dieting simply because ppl are been assholes in the other web site.
I mean, why ready a Pro-Ana blog and be "shocked" because we are dieting... stupid, right?

M.A.D.E. Diet is becoming a Guide to Weight Lost

The A Principle and M.A.D.E. diet have join forces to create a new guide that includes everything about them!

Yeah, the magazine has decided to incorporate their ideas hear and create the ultimate guide to weight loss.

More Information Coming Soon...

Today's Post: Feeling

Sometimes people don't realize how damage we can be inside. The pain and tears seems to be our only nourishment.
The insecurities are way more than a simple "issue" or dislike of what our reflection so cruelly expose.
There is an internal battle every single day, to survive and breath. The dislike of oneself is an important theme in M.A.D.E. because we most be rebuild from the inside and perfected outside.

The New Ana Era: Dieting Extreme AKA MADE (Mia / Ana Dieting Extreme)

The New Ana Era: Dieting Extreme AKA MADE (Mia / Ana Dieting Extreme)

An Ana and Mia Friendly diet:

First off: This is the Introduction to my Page, I apology for the blogs that have been posted previously.

I recently blog in another place about he difference between Ana and Dieting. It seems pretty easy to a lot of people: dieting is healthy and Ana is a disease. Well, to me it has a very strong bond between them and yet they are different somehow.

A little about MADE:
This is based in some Ana and Mia concepts and ideas, as well as a mix from different diets including: low carbs diets, raw diet, fasting, abc diet. There are a few things to acknowledge and understand to be successful in this journey. Before you keep on reading you most MADE a commitment with yourself as this requires a new lifestyle and organization, but the results will be amazing! I’ve done it and some people I’ve helped have lost between 8-39 lbs.

Commandments

Thin Commandments
1) Thin is Beauty
2) Being thin is more important than anything else
3) Thou shall not live with ugly clothes for fat people
4) Thou shall not eat your feelings away
5) Thou shall not eat fattening food without punishing afterward
6) Thou shall count calories and restrict intake accordingly
7) What the scale says is reality
8) Losing weight is good, gaining weight is bad
9) You can never be too thin
10) Thou shall remember: inner beauty is for fat people

Good Food: Ana Friendly

Good Food:

◦Low Cal Jelly, you can add fresh fruits
◦Celery - it is composed highly of water, it is crunchy, which is said to cause you to eat less, owing to the amount you have to chew it, it is considered a catatonic food. Celery also helps boost your metabolism.
◦Carrots are also another safe vegetable (although most vegetables can be on your safe list, these are merely the safest of the safe).  Carrots are perfect for those sugar craving, add a little honey and bake it. Tasty and good food you!
◦Salsa and mustard - dieting staples. You can dip vegetables in them, they are fat free and low cal, and salsa brings cravings to an abrupt halt. Mustard boost up your metabolism, replace ketchup with mustard.
Spicy foods are also thought to fire up your metabolism and they will make you feel full.
◦Vinegar - thought to thoroughly reduce your appetite. It is suggested you drink a tablespoon or two before each meal or simple add it to a salad before the actual meal.
◦Lemons dipped in a sugar substitute such as Splenda or Nutra-sweet, it's simply great.
◦Broth (only 5 calories per cube!!)
◦Egg white - much needed protein.
◦Pickles.
◦Lettuce - an absolute 'nothing' food.
◦Cucumbers - very very low cal.
◦and never underestimate the power of soup.
Cold water is needed all the time.
Potatoes: try sweet potatoes baked for dessert (yes, you read right) and potatoes with a little butter ( I can't believe is not butter spray have ZERO calories!) are great as they are 80% water.

Also, don't drink anything while you eat. Wait at least 20 -30 minutes and drink cold water to speed up your metabolism. Also, that's the time it gets for the brain to acknowledge that food has been consume, the water will make you feel full longer and, like I said, boost your metabolism!
